3, the moisture content of material. The material moisture content is too high, reduce the amount of steam in the granulation, effects of Pelleting Temperature increase,thus affecting the quality and yield of feed particle machine. At the same time, the moisture in the materials is too high, and difficult and easy to cause material slidingbetween the die wall and the pressure roller, causes the ring die hole plugging.General requirements for Quenched and tempered before moisture content should be below 13%.

4, the material of protein. The protein content is high, the heated material plasticity,increase in viscosity, granulating high yield. But the non protein nitrogen such as urea, l) high, lower yield granulator.

5. Starch content, starch grains is high, easy to granulation in high temperature, highwater content, yield is high, the requirements for tempering water between 16%~18%.Tempering temperature shall be above 80 ℃. Otherwise the degree of starch gelatinization difference caused by brittle particles, can't even forming. If the corn in the quenched and tempered before curing (such as corn drying), yields granulatordecline. Therefore, when purchasing raw materials to choose not to dry as well.

6, the heat sensitive feed. Lactose, whey powder is heated after the increase in viscosity, increase the yield, but the temperature is over 60 ℃, is easy to appear coking, blocking the die hole, effects of pelleting machine production. So this kind offeed conditioning can be used warm water.

7, minerals. Organic feed almost without cohesion. Granulation performance is poor,affecting the granulation production. Therefore, when the inorganic matter content is high, the general to the material in a small addition of binder (such as molasses) to improve the granulation properties, improve the pellet machine production.
